Important Announcement: ZetaSafe2 Maintenance

Why is this maintenance required?

This maintenance is required to upgrade our hosting environment in readiness for the next release of ZetaSafe

Dates and times of work:

Phase 1: Reporting – Thursday 9th March 21:00 – 23:00GMT

What does this mean?

The reporting service will not be accessible during this time. Scheduled reports will continue to work however, some reports may be slightly delayed during this window.

Phase 2: All Services – Thursday 16th March 20:00 – 22:00GMT

What does this mean?

During this time the ZetaSafe2 website will not be available and ZetaMobile syncing will also be unavailable. However, you will be able to continue to collect data via ZetaMobile but you will not be able to change client or users during this time.

The end user experience will not change and you will continue to access ZetaSafe2 via your browser or ZetaMobile for iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
The change will occur between 20:00GMT and 22:00GMT Thursday 16th March 2017. You may need to let your IT teams know that we will be changing our IPs. They may need to update their whitelists to allow you to access ZetaSafe2 through any internal firewalls. For most people we don’t expect this to be an issue.

Required actions:

We suggest that prior to 16th March you should….

  • Inform your IT department about the new whitelist for IPs
  • Synchronise ZetaMobile on all of your devices in order to upload all data before the 16th March maintenance start time
