We are delighted to announce that ZetaSafe will be taking part in Gaia Innovation’s Inspiration for Innovation Programme in Partnership with Silverstone Park.
ZetaSafe’s Costa Christodoulou, Head of IT Systems and Becky Allen, Client Manager, will be taking part in the year long programme pairing with local College’s and Secondary Schools in a bid to assist School Leadership Teams to implement the National Careers Strategy, by providing multiple positive and meaningful interactions between school students and employers.
The Inspiration for Innovation (I4I) programme provides a framework for businesses to reach out to their local schools to “inspire and inform” them about their industry and the job skills required.
Research has found that as as few as four positive interactions can lead to a child being 86% less likely to become NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).
Alongside Buckingham School, Kingsthorpe College and Silverstone UTC, ZetaSafe will be proactively engaging with many young adults to tackle key issues in career progression and development including;
- creativity skills
- technology skills
- numeracy skills
- literacy skills
- personal skills
- social kills.
