We are excited and proud to announce that ZetaSafe has been acquired by property management software experts Micad. Established in 1986 and based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, Micad specialise in providing industry leading SaaS property management software designed to help clients manage and maintain their estates and facilities.
ZetaSafe and Micad are a great strategic fit and our software applications often co-exist on our clients’ sites. Micad’s SaaS platforms, sold directly to customers including the NHS and universities, take precise CAD drawing information and translates it into accurate baseline data that can be used by all the Micad connected applications from finance, helpdesk, asbestos management and CAFM.
Our combined expertise and experience further strengthen our position as market leading built environment management software providers.
At ZetaSafe it will continue to be business as usual, and customers will now benefit from a wider support and development infrastructure, access to a broader product portfolio and an extended client community. Together, our mission will be to continue providing innovative software products providing our customers, with market-leading facilities and compliance management solutions.
Andrew Dobbins will continue to lead the ZetaSafe business and our founder Rob Nicoll will remain as a consultant to the business working closely with the ZetaSafe and Micad management teams.
